Château Minuty
Situated in the village of Gassin on the St Tropéz Peninsula Château Minuty was established in 1936 by Étienne Matton initially beginning with 17 Hectares of vineyard. In 1990 Jean-Étienne and Francois Matton take control of the vineyard, making them the third generation of the family to do so.
Now with 110 Hectares across vineyards in Gassin, Ramateuelle and Vidabaun
Château Minuty produces both Red and White wine along with their famous Rosé wines. Minuty are now producing more than five Million bottles of wine each year which are sold worldwide in over 80 countries.
The increase in popularity of Rosé has led to a huge investment for the business in both the technology and vines used to ensure the Minuty legacy and brand continues to grow. This is something Glaçon is extremely proud to be involved with.
